bio: i'm from aberdeen south dakota and i'm attending the university of minnesota in minneapolis, mn. i will major in finance via the carlson school of management, and go that professional route. i'm good @webdevelopment and am learning some programming.

biz: i've been messing around on the web for a long time. i taught myself html/css when i was like 12 and have messed up enough wordpress to have a decent familiarity with it and other geeky webdev/blogging things. and have a variety of sites that have helped fund my college so far. now i'm a web dev intern for cts but i still do a lot on my own. i probably wont do this shit forever though. i'd rather invest for a living and utilize this overlypriced finance BSB that i'll be getting. we'll see, though.

future: i'm going to study abroad fall '09 in the city of angels: bangkok, thailand. (blog at bangkoking.com) . it'll be dirty, hot, cheap, and surrounded by every other cheap, dirty, southeast azn country. i'll be in hong kong for sure for a few days before arriving in BKK, and probably around vietnam, cambodia, laos, burma, and the phillippines before i return back to real life in december.

interests: i still enjoy sports, but not as much uncompetitively when it's compared to high school crowds, coaches, structure, and small town fame. now i'm a tad bit more obsessed with music, life, understanding, and finding that evasive thing called happiness. i'm trying not to take myself so seriously anymore either, which is a huge struggle. i think i'm failing at that part.
